To apply for an available property, please follow these steps:

1. Search our available rentals
2. Once you have identified your desired home, click to view the details
3. Click the Apply Online button and fill out the online application form
4. Pay online with your credit card the $45 per applicant fee

All Adult applicants must complete a separate application and pay the $45 per applicant screening fee.
