To apply for one of the properties represented by Prudential Tropical Realty, please select a property by going to the Search feature on the Rentals tab. Once you have located the desired property, click on More Info. There, you will see an Apply button. Complete the application and it will be sent to the appropriate property manager, who will contact you once the application has been processed. You must agree to the rental conditions and you will have the option to pay your application fee directly from the website by debit from your checking account or credit card.
